Everything to get your company on the internet with NO hidden extras. For Independent Financial Advisers - we also add your company to our consumer directory site at www.ukadvice.net
- For firms with existing Financial Advice websites, we will link your current website to our online consumer directory at www.ukadvice.net for a small monthly charge. This allows potential clients to find your site by way of postcode, regional search or using an interactive map.
For Estate Agents - In addition we provide a property database and admin system that provides you with the functionality to add all your properties to your website with an easy to use interface. This provides a dynamic management system that allows consumers to search, view and shortlist properties online. Additionally consumers can download property schedules directly from your website.

What else is included in your costs?Unlike many web companies WE HAVE NO HIDDEN COSTS:
We will submit your site to the major search engines. Provide ongoing hosting and maintenance with free text changes. Host and manage email accounts if necessary.
Independent Financial Advisers & Mortgage brokers will be included on our Master Website at www.ukadvice.net a sophisticated consumer search directory which allows potential clients to find your site online. With compliance support from an AFPC and CeMAP qualified IFA.
Domain name as applicable. We are also able to transfer existing domains where possible.
Back to top When do I make my payments?We will deduct 50% of the initial set-up costs by Credit Card to activate your order. The further 50% will be deducted with the first month’s subscription. This is typically within 4 – 6 weeks of initial instruction. Monthly subscriptions are taken by monthly standing order thereafter typically on the 1st of each month. (We are not responsible for delays in checking or compliance approval - monthly costs will commence on the completion of your initial draft - not on final completion or approval from your compliance dept/network.) Please Note: *DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. The minimum subscriptions for all packages are 12 months. PLEASE NOTE IF YOU CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION AT ANY TIME YOUR SITE WILL BE TAKEN DOWN. We may change the monthly fee from time to time. We will give a minimum of 30 days notice before this takes place. Back to top What about compliance?Although we are not responsible for the compliance of your website, we will endeavour to assist you in covering the appropriate compliance guidelines. For IFAs and Mortgage Brokers, your site will be vetted by an AFPC & CeMAP qualified IFA prior to submission to your relevant compliance dept or Network. Back to top What if I wish to make changes to my site?Small text changes to your site can be done at anytime. For IFAs & Mortgage brokers you may need to resubmit your site to your compliance dept or Network for re-approval. We normally do not charge for this subject to a maximum of 12 per year; Larger changes including upgrading your package will incur a further cost. Back to top What about domain names?All packages - we will register a domain name on your behalf and renew it as required. These costs will be covered by your monthly fee. If you already have an existing domain name we will attempt to transfer this if required at NO extra cost. (PLEASE NOTE WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYS OR INTERUPTIONS TO EMAIL ACCOUNTS / WEBSITES, DUE THE TRANSFER OF EXISTING DOMAIN NAMES). Please note that your existing agent (web company) may charge you a transfer fee which should be no more than £20.00. We would normally limit these to 8: Please note we cannot configure your computer to set up your email accounts but are happy to assist if we can. If you experience difficulties we recommend you use a local IT specialist to assist you. Back to top Our Terms of Business and Data Protection:We prefer our clients to give us instructions in writing to avoid possible disputes. We will, however, accept oral instructions providing they are subsequently confirmed in writing. We (DM Web Solutions Ltd) and/or our partners (Digital Routes) will not be responsible for:
- Loss or interruption of service caused by: servers, software, domain name registrations/transfers or computer hardware.
- Non compliance of website content.
- Authorisations of web links or third party buy online facilities.
It is our aim at all times to provide a first class service and respond to any communications promptly and efficiently. We will collect data about your firm and your firm’s terms and conditions to facilitate the compliant build of your website. Your data will not be passed to third parties other than our business partners without your consent. We stress that your information would only be used in this way to help us provide a pro-active service to you. As we all know, time is precious and none of us want to be bombarded with information that is simply not relevant or which we do not require. Under the Data Protection Act you have a right, upon payment of a fee, currently £10, to obtain a copy of the personal information that we hold about you. If you believe that any information held is incorrect or incomplete, you should contact us at our usual address. Any information that is found to be incorrect or incomplete will be amended promptly.
